In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, we often overlook the moments of tranquility hidden within our busy schedules. If you are a daily commuter in a metro train, one such opportunity presents itself during your daily commute. It is difficult, I can't complain if you have already started laughing at the article, but it can be done.

First, try to find a tain or a compartment where you can manage a seat. (Recently I was talking to a friend of mine who works from Mumbai whose daily commute is the local train. He has identified a train and a compartment where his friends reserve a seat for him everyday. So, if that can be done in a Mumbai local train, it's possible everywhere else 🙊) 

Closing our eyes, focussing on our inner selves won't bother others at all.. So please don't waste your time thinking about what others might think about you.
